Transitions happen throughout our lives. Sometimes transitions are big, blunt, and bloody and sometimes they are expected, elected, and even exciting.
Regardless of the catalyst of change – work life, home life, inner life, physical life – transitions are typically difficult and messy. They are often unacknowledged for their impact and under-appreciated for their potential for personal transformation. The reality is, transitions are a gift if we choose to accept them as such. Transitions are invitations for transformation.
Join me for a new group coaching program, Transitions for Transformation, that supports those planning for or experiencing transition.
This program is for you if you are:
Experiencing or planning for transition – whether in career, relationships, health, home life or all the above
Feeling stuck or uncertain about the future
Seeking greater self-awareness and alignment as you step into the next chapter
Willing to do the inner work to “level up” in this next phase of life
Ready to unlearn old patterns that no longer serve you and embrace new ways of thinking and being
Wanting clarity and direction for what’s next
Looking for connection and community along the way
By the end of this program, you will:
Build an intellectual understanding of transitions.
Name your own transitions.
Begin the inner work to navigate change.
Identify your vision–personal/professional– for your next phase of new beginnings.
