STRATEGY AND DESIGN

My strength lies in my ability to help team members come together to solve mission-critical challenges. I work as a partner — managing the project and engaging the team to design impactful, equity-driven strategies that take the work to the next level. 

I facilitate strategic planning processes that help teams articulate vision, define success, create implementation plans, and build organizational culture to drive toward actionable goals. I ensure I deliver a strategy actually usable — not a document that sits on the shelf until the next strategic planning cycle comes along, but a living guidepost to drive day-to-day decisions.

I also help organizations design new innovations to achieve impact by exploring demand- and supply-side thinking and doing rapid iteration to identify new solutions that work. Regardless of the project scope, I am intentional about building internal capacity to deliver on the strategy once the engagement is over. 

SPECIAL PROJECTS

I deliver C-suite-level leadership to organization-critical work. A strong utility player, I can quickly lead a project from start to finish, engaging key stakeholders along the way to ensure the deliverable is created with the buy-in it needs to be implemented long after the consulting engagement is over. While each project is tailored to the client’s needs, past projects include CEO evaluation, executive search, team culture and goal setting, planning for organizational scale, design of new programs, and communications.

NONPROFIT GOVERNANCE

Often CEOs and board members share a passion for the mission but a more limited understanding for how good governance works. I advise CEOs and trustees on how to govern effectively and equitably by exploring core governance structures, culture, and policies and identifying strategies to address areas for improvement.
